The hotel offered a free shuttle to the beach every half hour. The breakfast buffet included a nice spread and tasty options. The lounge area was spacious. Staff were very courteous.

the staff were nice and helpful! the shuttle service to the beach was convenient.
The room i booked, a grand two bedroom suite, felt cramped. The sofa was small. a musty smell lingered in the room, a damp, mold-like odor. there weren't enough loungers by the pool, and i found the overall experience disappointing for a supposed 4-star hotel.

The pool was a little green around the edges, but the staff was very friendly.
The location was remote and inconvenient, this made getting around difficult. That cost added up quickly. Transportation to the bus stand or airport was also expensive.
